Function : Finance Reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Experience 7–12 years Qualification CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred Role Purpose Own and strengthen Cyfuture's end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled financial transactions, strong working-capital discipline and reliable financial processes that can scale with the business. Key Responsibilities - Own day-to-day finance operations covering receivables, payables, invoicing, collections, payments and reconciliations. - Drive timely monthly financial closure in coordination with the accounting team. - Monitor customercollections, ageing and overdue receivables and work closely with business teams for resolution. - Manage vendor payments, ageing and paymentprioritisation. - Ensure timely bank, customer,vendor and inter-company reconciliations. - Establish and strengthen finance SOPs, approval matrices, maker-checker controls and process documentation. - Improve finance processes through automation, standardisation and system-driven workflows. - Maintain strong control over cash movements, payment processes and banking operations. - Prepare regular Finance Operations, Receivables,



Payables and Working Capital MIS for the CFO. - Support the CFO in banking, working-capital facilities, BGs, debt servicing and liquidity management as required. - Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, HR and other functions to ensure smooth financial operations. - Identify processgaps, control weaknessesand opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time. Key Outcomes / KPIs - Faster and cleaner monthly financialclosure. - Improved collection efficiency and DSO. - Better working-capital management. - Timely and accurate customer/vendor reconciliations. - Strong payment and financialcontrols. - Reduced manual intervention and process dependency. - Standardised and documented finance processes. - Scalable finance operations supporting business growth. Ideal Candidate A hands-on finance professional with strong experience in finance operations, accounting processes, receivables, payables, reconciliations, controls and working capital, preferably from IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre or other high-growth businesses. The ideal candidate should be process-oriented, analytical, technology-friendly and comfortable working closely with multiple business functions.
