About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, negotiations, and closing property deals, playing a key role in driving revenue growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, digital channels and personal networking
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and current offers to prospective clients
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up consistently with prospects until deal closure
- Coordinate with the CRM, marketing and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing benchmarks and competitor projects
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good convincing and presentation abilities
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an added advantage
Compensation & Perks
