We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, and target-oriented to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, features, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Eligibility For Freshers:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and willing to work in sales.
- Robust interest in building a career in Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers are welcome.
For Experienced Candidates:
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and handling customers will be an advantage.
