Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Vehicle Sales and Deal Closing

- Meet and exceed individual and team monthly or annual sales quotas.

- Showcase car models, explain technical features, and manage test drives.

- Sell value-added products like extended warranties, vehicle insurance, and accessories.

- Team Leadership and Mentoring

- Guide and train junior sales executives on showroom floor protocols and product knowledge.

- Assist team members with complex client negotiations and technical questions.

- Monitor team performance metrics and report progress to the sales manager.

- Client Relationship Management (CRM)

- Build long-term rapport with high-value buyers, corporate clients, and past purchasers for referrals.

- Oversee post-sale follow-ups, vehicle deliveries, and customer satisfaction tracking.





- Maintain clean and updated records of leads and transactions using CRM tools.

- Market Research and Strategy

- Analyze local competitor pricing, rival car features, and market trends.

- Identify recent territory expansion opportunities and corporate fleet partnerships.

- Recommend promotional strategies or showroom display improvements to upper management.

- Documentation and Compliance

- Oversee sales orders, vehicle financing paperwork, and registration documents.

- Ensure transactions comply with regional retail and motor vehicle regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
