TCS Hiring for AWS Infra Support Engineer Experience Range: - 06 To 08 Years (Mandatory) (Note: Candidates below 6 years of IT experience shall not be considered) Job Locations : Bengaluru, Hyderabad JOB DESCRIPTION Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled L1.5 Support Engineer with robust expertise in AWS infrastructure and production support. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor application and infrastructure alerts and respond within SLA. - Perform initial troubleshooting, issue triaging, and escalate when required. - Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ServiceNow/Jira. - Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability. - Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and development teams for issue resolution. - Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles. - Support deployment activities and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills: 1) AWS Infrastructure : - Experience with AWS services: EC2, EBS, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Load Balancer, Elastic Cache, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, Auto Scaling. - Basic knowledge of IAM roles and cloud security best practices. - Familiarity with Code Pipeline and CI/CD workflows. - Experience with Ansible Tower and Python scripting. 2) Monitoring & Ticketing Tools: - Hands-on experience with Datadog (Synthetic & RUM Monitoring). - Working knowledge of Splunk ITSI and AWS CloudWatch. - Experience in ServiceNow (CRQ, Incident, MIM, CTASK, SCTASK) and Jira. 3) Source Code Management: - Experience with GitHub for version control.



- Knowledge of Nexus Repository management. 4) Application Runtime & Middleware: - Experience with Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server. - Support for Java-based applications. - Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM – Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Cache). - Basic Python knowledge. 5) Operating Systems: - Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL and Amazon Linux). - Knowledge of shell scripting, Linux commands, and SSL certificates.
