The RPA Developer will interface with process owners, segment resources, IT staff, and end-users in the execution of his/her duties and responsibilities:
- Solicit & Discover: Actively engage with business stakeholders to host discovery sessions, solicit recent automation ideas, and build a continuous pipeline of RPA projects.
- Business Case Development: Analyze process workflows, inputs, and outputs to determine automation feasibility, and calculate potential time savings/ROI to pitch proposed solutions to leadership.
- Bot Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using Automation Anywhere RPA software.
- System Integration: Configure bots to interact seamlessly with various applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Continuous Optimization:
Implement updates and enhancements to existing RPA solutions as required to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- RPA Evangelism & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, showcasing successful automations to stakeholders to generate excitement and adoption of RPA capabilities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Prior experience with RPA programming software: Automation Anywhere, Python.
- Should be ready to work for US shifts - (Night shift)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to create formula-based spreadsheets, sort, and pivot data from multiple systems;
