TalentHive is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing delivery team and work on a major recruitment programme for one of our key clients in Saudi Arabia.
Our client is a large, diversified Saudi group operating across industrial, infrastructure and supporting services , with operations spanning multiple business units across the Kingdom.
This is a pure recruitment delivery role . There is no business development, client acquisition or sales requirement. Your focus will be finding, engaging, screening and delivering high-quality candidates.
What You'll Be Recruiting
You will primarily work across qualified and specialist roles within:
• Administration & Corporate Functions The positions will be based across Saudi Arabia , ranging from specialist and mid-management appointments through to senior-level hires.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously from sourcing through to shortlist
- Proactively headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Building targeted talent pools across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market
- Conducting structured candidate screening and qualification calls
- Assessing candidates against clearly defined technical and behavioural requirements
- Producing strong, well-qualified shortlists rather than simply generating CV volume
- Managing candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Working closely with the TalentHive team to meet agreed delivery targets and timelines
- Maintaining accurate recruitment activity and pipeline tracking
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is genuinely strong at candidate sourcing and delivery .
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong experience recruiting professional/white-collar positions
- Proven experience across Procurement, Finance, HSE, Administration or similar corporate functions
- Experience recruiting for Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capability
- Strong headhunting and passive candidate engagement skills
- Confidence conducting structured candidate screening calls
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and high recruitment volumes simultaneously
- Strong written and spoken English
- A delivery-focused mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience recruiting for industrial, construction, engineering, infrastructure, logistics or diversified group environments would be particularly valuable.
Compensation
Fixed salary up to ₹10 LPA , depending on experience
Achievable variable earnings of up to an additional ₹10 LPA
Permanent remote position based in India
Exposure to a major Saudi recruitment programme
Opportunity to work across multiple functions and seniority levels
