- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Develop and manage vendors/suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Handle Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Quality and Finance for material requirements.
- Handle Import & Export documentation and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and cost.
- Prepare purchase reports, MIS and maintain procurement records.
- Resolve supplier-related delivery, quality and commercial issues.
- Ensure procurement as per company requirements, budget and policies.
Preferred candidate profile : Candidate should have robust procurement and negotiation skills, good supplier network/development experience, and practical knowledge of Import & Export documentation and international logistics.
