The Structural Design, Estimation & Fabrication Engineer will have end-to-end responsibility for the technical delivery of structural steel and RCC foundation projects. The role involves independent structural analysis, design calculations, drawings, estimation, fabrication support, site coordination and quality control.

Key responsibilities include designing steel structures as per applicable IS Codes and project specifications, including dead, live, wind, seismic, equipment and connection loads. The engineer will design members, connections, base plates, anchor bolts and RCC foundations, checking bearing, uplift, overturning, sliding, stability, deflection and buckling.

The position will prepare and verify BBS, structural steel weight calculations, BOQs, material quantities and fabrication allowances. Responsibilities also include preparing, checking and finalizing GA, structural, foundation and fabrication/shop drawings,



ensuring proper revision control and technical approval before issue.

The engineer will guide fabrication and erection teams on dimensions, welding, bolting, alignment and tolerances, provide site engineering support, resolve technical queries and coordinate inspections, NCRs and corrective actions with QA/QC.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, advanced Excel and STAAD.Pro is essential; knowledge of Tekla, SECURE, ETABS or STAAD Foundation is preferred. Experience in structural steel fabrication, highway/signage structures, wind-load design and RCC foundations is desirable.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer capable of independently taking projects from design through fabrication, erection and final technical closure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
