You have to know what a winning ad looks like. Not a beautiful one. A winning one.
SignalMint runs paid media and creative for 19 D2C and B2B brands. Dozens of creative assets ship every week across statics, video and UGC. Right now that is coordinated informally between a designer, a video coordinator, two contract editors and a creator lead. It works, and it stops working the moment volume rises. That is the job.
You own creative production end to end, from brief accepted to asset live. Timelines, quality, capacity, the freelance bench, the asset library. You are not making the work yourself, though you should be capable enough to step in when something has to ship tonight.
The non-negotiable part is judgement.



If you cannot look at two statics and say which will hold attention in a feed and why, this is not your role, however well organised you are. We will show you real ads in the interview and ask you to call the winner.

What you will own
• The production pipeline across statics, video and UGC. Every brief tracked from received to live, with a date and an owner
• The in-house team: static design, video editing, creator logistics. Capacity, allocation, and protecting them from nineteen brands wanting things at once
• The freelance bench. Editors, photographers, shoot crew. Rates, quality, reliability
• Quality control before anything reaches a client or an ad
