Role Overview

n

When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry,

n

counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat.
n
- Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details.
n
- Validate and qualify genuine enquiries.
n
- Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model.
n
- Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team.
n
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
n




- Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience.

Skills & Requirements

n

n
- Any Graduate can apply
n
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Sales / Support / BPO (Customer support/Telecom Sales) /(D2C / Healthcare / Wellness preferred)
n
- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY.
n
- Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable.
n
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset.
n
- Prior experience in Telesales / Customer Support is a plus.
n

Location Calicut / Kozhikode, Kerala

Pay Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 + 5000 Variance

Work Hours 10 AM - 6 PM, subject to change for evening shift based on business requirement
