As a Client Delight Executive (Relationship Manager) at MyGate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their journey from onboarding and account management to renewals, while working closely with internal teams to address their needs and ensure high client satisfaction.

Manage the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, account management, engagement, and renewals .
Monitor client accounts and proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns.
0–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, customer success, CRM, or a similar role.
~ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
