Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, monthly plans, weekly plans, and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project progress against the approved baseline and identify delays/deviations.
- Track critical activities, milestones, and the critical path.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, contracts, and other project teams.
- Collect and verify actual site progress and update project schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
- Analyze schedule slippages and prepare recovery / catch-up plans.
- Assist in manpower, material, equipment, and resource planning.
- Identify project risks that may impact the schedule and highlight them to management.
- Participate in project review meetings and present progress and planning updates.
- Support delay analysis and preparation of EOT-related documentation, wherever required.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of construction activities.
- Maintain planning records, schedules,



progress measurement, and project documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

- 7 - 10 years of total relevant experience in construction planning.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in planning and scheduling of high-rise buildings.
- Solid working knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Good understanding of construction sequencing, project monitoring, and schedule control.
- Experience in baseline preparation, progress updating, critical path analysis, and recovery planning.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and project MIS/reporting.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Educational Qualification B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
