Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior PEGA Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade PEGA applications for digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in PEGA PRPC, Case Management, Integrations, and Solution Architecture while leading enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities –

1. Design and develop enterprise applications using PEGA PRPC and Case Management.
2. Build integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware technologies.
3. Lead technical implementation, code reviews, and performance optimization.
4. Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices.
5. Manage stakeholder communication, project delivery, and production support.

Requirements –

1. 7+ years of software development experience with robust PEGA PRPC expertise.
2. Hands-on experience in Case Management, Rules Engine, and Integrations.
3. PCSSA or PCLSA certification is mandatory.
4. Experience in enterprise PEGA implementation, troubleshooting, and DevOps.
5. Strong communication, leadership, and Banking domain experience preferred.
