Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable Pega solutions. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, integrations, performance, security, code quality and mentoring developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design and development of Pega Case Management solutions .
- Ensure Pega guardrails, reusable design patterns and development best practices.
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP , messaging and event-based patterns.
- Define standards for ruleset strategy, branching, reuse and deployment.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL and AES/diagnostic tools .
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers and drive quality through effective testing practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA and other stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- Pega CSSA Certification – Mandatory




- 6–8 years of strong hands-on Pega development experience.
- Robust knowledge of Case Architecture, multi-case orchestration and reusable subprocesses.
- Experience with Data Pages, data sourcing, caching and pagination strategies.
- Strong knowledge of UI Rules, Sections, Harnesses, Correspondence, SLAs and Routing.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, authentication, error handling, mapping and logging.
- Strong debugging and production issue troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Pega DevOps, branching models, pipeline deployments and merge governance.

Good to Have
- Pega Constellation implementation or migration experience.
- Experience with latest Pega versions and upgrade/migration projects.
- Knowledge of Pega performance and security best practices.
- Exposure to Pega Cloud or containerized deployments.
- Reporting, analytics and operational dashboards experience.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
- Exposure to Pega Smart Disputes, Customer Service for Financial Services, KYC/CLM or Pega Decisioning.
