Role Description The Senior Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for overseeing day-to-day plant operations and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows. The role includes monitoring production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Executive will track operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and support troubleshooting to maintain consistent output and compliance with safety and quality standards. This position involves managing documentation,



supporting audits, and maintaining alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires mentoring team members, encouraging collaboration, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, including experience in managing production processes and optimizing resource utilization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations, with familiarity in quality, safety, and regulatory standards, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or production management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, manage shifting priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
