- Identify and resolve machine breakdown issues quickly (troubleshooting & repair)
- Be present in office for continuous monitoring of machinery
- Prepare and follow preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
- Maintain records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance equipment
- Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement measures to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with machine operators and the production team to minimize downtime
- Follow safety standards and company SOPs
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and downtime data
- Be available for shift duty or emergency calls as required
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in mechanical maintenance / machine breakdown handling Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering,ITI (typical requirement — let me know if yours differs)
