About the Role:

Responsible for procurement of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical and Mechanical project materials while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost optimization.

What makes the role successful:

- Procure HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and BMS supplies across multiple projects.
- Review MEP technical specifications, BOQs, and value engineering proposals.
- Manage MEP supply contractors, and specialist labor vendors to close project procurement
- Coordinate with vendors and contractor’s teams for timely sourcing and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.




- Monitor project cost and delivery timelines while keeping the planned Margin intact
- Should have strong OEM contacts and a thorough understanding of OEM pricing.
- Negotiate and close Rate Contracts with OEM for supply and specialist labor vendors contracts for labor rates
- Manage RFQs, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Variation Impact on Project Margin
- Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement
- Track project costs against budgets and prepare cost variance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.8+ Years in MEP procurement, with at least 3-4 years in a senior role managing commercial office fit-out or design-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, and Building Services.
- Solid vendor development and procurement experience
- Proven experience in commercial office interior fit-out projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and resource management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
