Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning





- Develop annual placement calendars aligned with placement goals and work towards achieving the goal
- Identify skill gaps among students through assessments and feedback

2. Industry Collaboration

- Work closely with the companies to understand industry needs
- Ensure training outcomes match employer expectations
- Arrange corporate talks, bootcamps, and certification programs

3. Process & Quality Management

- Standardize training processes, frameworks, and evaluation methods
- Collect feedback and continuously improve the placement process

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of MBA/PGDM curriculum and placement processes
- Ability to connect to industries and companies for placement
- Familiarity with LMS platforms
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Industry networks for collaboration (preferred)

Experience:

- 6–8 years of experience in Placement
- Experience in EdTech or higher education institutions (preferred)
