NAbout the Role:
NNovumLake Partners is seeking a process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an prospect for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.
NKey result areas:

Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements. N
Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting. N
Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units. N
Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt. N
Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilities N
nKey requirements:

Prior experience in AIF finance & compliances N
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. N
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. N
nEdu Qualification: CA
NPrior Job Experience: 5+ years (Post-qualification) in AIF finance & compliance
