Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund platforms, transaction processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client onboarding for Demat and non-Demat clients, including individuals and corporates, while ensuring compliance. - Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues. - Manage NACH / e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing of SIP-related activities. - Generate SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing. - Monitor and maintain AMC / Mutual Fund scheme information, including NFOs and circular updates. - Handle queries and escalations from AMCs, RTAs, members, and other stakeholders.



- Prepare MIS and regulatory reports as required. - Ensure operational activities are completed within defined SLA timelines. - Monitor team performance and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.

Qualification Required

- Experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Capital Market Operations - Hands-on knowledge of AMC / RTA processes - Exposure to NAV, SIP, NACH / e-Mandates - Experience in scheme master maintenance and MF transaction processing - Knowledge of MIS and regulatory reporting - Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills - Experience in SLA monitoring and team management
