Key Responsibilities

- Design interior layouts and concepts for recent and existing 99 Pancakes outlets.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project teams for execution.
- Conduct site visits and monitor interior work to ensure timely completion.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and décor as per brand requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and support cost planning.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and within budget.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site-related design issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B;, café, QSR, retail, or commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, and MS Office.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to different outlet locations for site visits.
