Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading visual design across Superfan.ng’s products, brand, and marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining UI assets, illustrations, and graphics for the app, developing brand-aligned visual concepts for campaigns, and designing social media and web creatives that support user engagement and growth.

The role involves collaborating with product, content, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories, maintaining design systems and guidelines, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Designer will also mentor other designers, contribute to creative strategy, and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital products and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Expertise in Typography to create legible, engaging, and culturally resonant designs.
- Advanced experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered design work, preferably in edtech, gaming, or consumer apps.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and sensitivity to African cultures, aesthetics, and contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
