About the Company A Fortune 200 company is building its Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Senior Graphic Designer for its newly formed brand design studio. You will help set the visual standards for a function that serves internal stakeholders across regions. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will independently own design for internal communications, brand collateral, and stakeholder presentations, translating global brand guidelines into work that resonates with a large, distributed organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design Delivery
- Own end-to-end design for presentations, internal campaigns, and brand collateral used across the GCC
- Interpret global brand guidelines and adapt them for India-specific communications and events
- Partner directly with stakeholders in HR, communications, and business units to scope and deliver design requests
Standards and Governance
- Maintain brand consistency across templates, decks, and digital assets
- Build and document reusable design systems that other designers and non-designers can follow
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 8 years in graphic or visual design, with experience supporting a large, matrixed organisation
- Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design in PowerPoint or Keynote
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder requests and shifting priorities without a manager buffering the work
- Explicit written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a GCC, shared-services, or large-enterprise design function
- Familiarity with brand governance and template systems used across time zones
