Can you shape how a luxury brand looks, feels and comes to life?

Viceroy Properties is looking for a Senior Manager Graphic Design to shape and elevate our visual identity across brand, projects and customer experiences.

This is a high-ownership creative role for someone with exceptional design sensibility, strong conceptual thinking and the craft to bring ideas to life. You will work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to create work that is distinctive, contemporary and unmistakably Viceroy.

What Youll Own

1. Brand Identity & Creative Direction

- Own and evolve Viceroy’s visual language and design standards across brand and projects.
- Translate brand strategy and project positioning into powerful creative concepts and identities.
- Build a distinctive, consistent and premium brand experience across every touchpoint.

2. Integrated Campaigns & Visual Storytelling

- Conceptualise and deliver campaigns across digital, social, print, outdoor, websites, brochures and customer experiences.
- Turn briefs into compelling ideas, not simply executions.
- Partner with Marketing to create work that combines solid storytelling, beautiful design and business impact.

3. Digital, Motion & New-Age Creative

- Create compelling digital content, films, reels and motion-led storytelling.
- Conceptualise and direct shoots for campaigns, projects, events and social content.
- Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to push ideas, accelerate execution and explore new possibilities.

4. Creative Excellence & Brand Craft

- Own creative projects from concept to final execution, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Set a high bar across typography, imagery,



layouts, art direction and production.
- Lead agencies, photographers, filmmakers and creative partners to deliver outstanding work.

5. Creative Leadership & Influence

- Be a creative partner to Marketing and Senior Management, bringing ideas and challenging the expected.
- Guide and mentor designers while raising the overall standard of creative output.
- Present ideas confidently and build a culture of curiosity, experimentation and exceptional craft.

Who We’re Looking For

- 8+ years in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Creative Direction, ideally across Luxury, Real Estate, Hospitality, Fashion, Lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating brand thinking, visual identity, campaigns and digital design.
- Strong conceptual thinking combined with outstanding hands-on design ability.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; strong capabilities in motion/video and AI creative tools are valued.
- Exceptional eye for typography, composition, imagery and detail.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High ownership, curiosity and an obsession with great design.
