Job Title: Area Manager – Diabetes Technologies Diabetes Care Engagement Partner / State Diabetes Business Lead Location: Pan India ROLE OBJECTIVE To develop and expand Shukra Pharmaceuticals’ Diabetes Technologies business across the assigned territory or state through strong clinical engagement, KOL development, institutional partnerships, patient-support initiatives and effective trade execution. The role will focus on improving the adoption of advanced diabetes-care solutions, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS), Insulin Delivery Device Technologies and Integrated Diabetes Management Programmes across private, institutional and government healthcare channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement territory- or state-specific sales and market-development strategies. Promote CGMS, insulin-related technologies, GLP-1 products and diabetes patient-support solutions. Build solid relationships with endocrinologists, diabetologists, physicians and other diabetes-care specialists.



Establish and maintain meaningful engagement with leading KOLs across the assigned state. Generate prescriptions, product adoption, patient referrals and institutional business opportunities. Conduct regular HCP calls, scientific discussions, product presentations and demonstrations. Plan and organise Round Table Meetings, CMEs, advisory-board meetings, workshops and clinical-awareness programmes. Coordinate diabetes-screening camps, patient-education initiatives and structured patient-support programmes. Develop B2B partnerships with hospitals, diabetes clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies and corporate healthcare organisations. Expand coverage across government hospitals, medical colleges, institutional accounts and public-sector healthcare facilities. Build and strengthen distributor, stockist, pharmacy and trade-channel networks. Ensure adequate product availability, inventory management and secondary-sales movement.
