Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test and support scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions • Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow and Salesforce APIs • Implement Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones and Service Console capabilities • Build intelligent case assignment, routing and escalation solutions • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and Change Data Capture • Build reusable Lightning components and automation solutions • Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance, security, scalability and governor limits • Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues • Support Git, CI/CD,
