About the Rolen

nWe are looking for a proactive and target-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business from corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event companies, and other institutional partners for Minimalist Hotels.
nThe role will be responsible for building solid business relationships, generating new accounts, increasing room nights and revenue, and ensuring repeat business across the properties.

Key Responsibilitiesn

1. Business Developmentn

- n
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and corporate accounts.n
- Develop business from corporate companies, travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators, event companies, startups, and other relevant segments.n
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, sales calls, and presentations.n
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active accounts.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.n

2. Corporate & Agency Salesn

- n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel trade partners.n




- Negotiate corporate rates, packages, and commercial terms within approved guidelines.n
- Generate room bookings, long stays, group bookings, and other business opportunities.n
- Develop partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, DMCs, relocation companies, and corporate travel planners.n
- Ensure regular follow-ups with existing accounts to generate repeat business.n

3. Revenue Generationn

- n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B revenue and room-night targets.n
- Focus on increasing occupancy and revenue through direct B2B business.n
- Identify opportunities for upselling rooms, F&B;, meetings, events, and other hotel services.n
- Monitor account-wise production and take corrective action where business is below expectations.n

4. Account Managementn

- Maintain an updated database of corporate and B2B accounts.n
- Conduct regular account reviews and track bus
