Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Remote Hire Type: Contract Experience: 9+ Years Shift: IST Hours with some overlapping Job Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Sales Cloud, business analysis, data hygiene, and integrations. This is a functional/consulting-focused role, requiring strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution-design skills. Key Responsibilities - Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, processes, and business pain points. - Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. - Drive Salesforce data hygiene, deduplication, normalization, and data quality initiatives. - Understand data sources, data flows, integrations, and system dependencies. - Configure, administer, and develop solutions in Sales Cloud. - Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously. - Collaborate with business, technical,



and integration teams. - Improve Salesforce data readiness for AI, automation, and Agentforce initiatives. Required Skills - 9+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Sales Cloud expertise. - Experience in Salesforce Administration and Development. - Robust functional consulting, business analysis, and requirements gathering experience. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data quality and data models. - Experience with integrations, APIs, and complex data flows. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have - MuleSoft, SSIS, Agentforce - Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs - Salesforce AI / Data Cloud - Experience with AI/automation and CRM data readiness.
