It’s the first prop tech player in India to reach the unicorn valuation a few years back. We have an exciting opportunity in our primary sales (residential) vertical. Opportunity Summary: ● Position: City Head - Business Developement ● Team: New Projects & Primary Loans Vertical ● Location: Mumbai ● Reporting: Group Head - New Projects & Primary Loans Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the city-level Business Development function, driving new developer tie-ups and strengthening existing relationships. ● Build and manage a robust project supply pipeline, including negotiation of commercials, mandates and fee structures. ● Own revenue and collections, ensuring timely invoicing, collections and minimal revenue leakage. ● Manage the business funnel across registrations, bookings, invoicing and collections; identify and resolve bottlenecks. ● Lead, coach and drive performance of the BD team,



ensuring achievement of business and revenue targets. ● Develop and execute the city BD strategy aligned with overall business goals and identify new growth opportunities. ● Build strong relationships with developers, mandate partners and internal stakeholders across Sales & Home Loans teams. ● Track key KPIs, market trends and business performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management. ● Identify business risks and ensure adherence to commercial, process and compliance requirements. Pre-Requisites: ● Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. ● Proven experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in Real Estate. ● Strong leadership, team management and stakeholder management skills. ● Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. ● Strong understanding of the local real estate market, industry trends and competitive landscape. ● Proven track record
