About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to engage with prospective clients, and the ability to support lead generation and customer relationship activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
Perform cold calling to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
Plan and execute email campaigns to reach prospective customers and promote company services.
Manage and maintain CRM records, ensuring all leads, interactions, and follow-ups are updated accurately.
Follow up with prospects through calls and emails and maintain regular communication.
Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in lead conversion.
Prepare and maintain reports on leads, calls, email campaigns, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth lead management.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in marketing, business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and communicating with prospective clients.
Basic understanding of email marketing and CRM management.
Good research, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
