People Solutions Excellence exists to drive executional excellence in HR operations, services and transactions.



We help improve how People Solutions operates by making processes simpler, services better, decisions more data-driven, and change more successful.
We're a global team of experts in process improvement, people experience, service excellence, data and analytics, reporting, and project delivery. Working closely with our HR Centres of Excellence and People Solutions teams, we solve problems, streamline ways of working, and drive continuous improvement.
Our role is to create consistent, scalable solutions that work globally while allowing for local needs where required. We bridge the gap between business requirements and operational delivery; helping People Solutions deliver better experiences, stronger outcomes, and lasting adoption of change.
