Role Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by leading strategic and operational recruitment efforts across high-impact projects in industrial projects in pharmaceuticals,
chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, petrochemicals, oil & gas, and fertilizers, with a strong focus on design, engineering, project & construction management expertise. Your understanding of functional requirements and recruitment process flows will be key in identifying and attracting top talent for specialized roles.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, project timelines and workforce planning.
Partner with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs across domestic projects and ensure proactive sourcing.
Source and engage candidates across engineering, project management, and support functions using diverse channels. Conduct initial screenings to assess fit and potential.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future project needs, with a focus on niche and high-impact roles.
