About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who can be a reliable point of contact for our customers throughout their holiday. Your role is to make sure travelers feel supported, informed, and taken care of from the beginning of their trip until they return home.

You will work closely with customers and our internal teams to handle queries, coordinate travel arrangements, resolve on-trip concerns,



and ensure every holiday runs as smoothly as possible.

What You’ll Do

* Stay connected with customers throughout their trip and assist them whenever support is required.
* Proactively check in with travelers and make sure their holiday is progressing as planned.
* Understand customer concerns, assess the situation, and provide practical solutions without unnecessary delays.
* Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, transport providers, activity partners, and other stakeholders when required.
* Assist customers with queries related to hotels, transfers, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.
* Provide transparent and accurate information about destinations, itineraries, timings, and travel-related requirements.
* Take ownership of on-trip issues and follow through until they are resolved.
* Respond calmly and responsibly to urgent situations or unexpected changes during travel.
