Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Create and run a detailed Transition Plan (workstreams, milestones, RACI, entry/exit criteria, acceptance gates).
Knowledge Acquisition/Knowledge Transfer leadership (KT plan, session governance, MoM discipline, documentation analysis, shadow & reverse shadow).
SAP cutover + go‑live readiness (Deploy → Hypercare → Run)
ITIL/ITSM discipline
SAP engagement fundamentals (enough depth to lead transitions)
Stakeholder, vendor & communication leadership
Resourcing & onboarding execution

Good-to-Have
Excellent Communication Skills
Solid Software Engineering Background
Hands-on experience with Large project management
Problem-solving aptitude
Analytical mind and great business sense
