Role Overview
As a Video Editor/ Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and high-converting video ads for Facebook and other paid social platforms. Your primary focus will be to craft engaging ad creatives that capture attention within seconds, drive engagement, and improve campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high-performing video reels for Instagram/Facebook and paid social campaigns.
Create short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, and UGC-style ad creatives.
Design Website Banner and social media graphics.
Edit product Photos for Website.
Collaborate with copywriters and performance marketers to align visuals with campaign messaging.
Incorporate brand guidelines, visual identity, and client assets into creatives.
Optimize video elements (hooks, pacing, captions, thumbnails, CTAs) to maximize ad performance.




Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and creative testing strategies.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance creative performance and storytelling.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Video Editor (preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce agency).
Robust portfolio showcasing high-converting ad creatives.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator Pro or similar software.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, hooks, and sound design.
Experience creating performance marketing creatives for Facebook/Instagram.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
