Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered web and mobile interfaces, from concept to final delivery, in a full-time on-site role based in Guindy. Daily tasks include conducting user research, translating requirements into wireframes and interactive prototypes, and designing intuitive, visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines.



The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine user flows, define interaction patterns, and ensure a consistent design language across platforms. The Senior UI/UX Designer will also review and improve existing interfaces, perform usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to optimize user experience and business outcomes. Mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards, and staying current with UI/UX best practices and emerging trends are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Robust UI design skills, including expertise in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
UX-focused skills in user research, persona creation, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
Experience conducting usability testing, gathering user feedback, and iterating
