Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Advisor at ICICI Lombard. The Insurance Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their coverage needs and recommend suitable general insurance products.
Responsibilities include explaining policy features and terms in clear language, assisting customers with quotes and applications, and guiding them through policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves providing support on claims-related queries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up to ensure a positive customer experience. Advisors are expected to use digital tools and company platforms to manage customer interactions, stay updated on product changes, and adhere to regulatory and company standards.
