About the role

You will shoot, edit and publish content for a group of live venues and brands: Area 83 (adventure and day-out venue), AURA (luxury resort and weddings), The Lagoon (waterfront experiential space), SLYY's Smokehouse (food) and related brands. The venues generate raw material every single day: guests on activities, weddings, corporate offsites, food, events, behind-the-scenes. Your job is to turn that into reels, stories and video that bring the next set of guests in. Volume matters. A creator who ships one polished reel a week loses here to one who ships one decent reel a day.

What you will do
- Shoot short-form video and photo daily at the venues: activities, guests, events, food, staff, ambience




- Edit and deliver platform-ready reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, including captions, hooks, music selection and text overlays
- Cover live events: weddings, corporate days, launches and influencer visits, with same-day or next-day turnaround on highlight content
- Plan weekly shoot lists with the marketing lead so content matches campaigns, offers and the brand priority order
- Direct guests, staff and performers on camera to get natural, usable footage without disrupting operations
- Write short captions and hooks in the voice of each brand; adventure content and luxury wedding content do not sound the same
- Maintain an organised footage library so past shoots stay findable and reusable
- Track what performs on each brand's pages and adjust hooks, formats and posting patterns accordingly
- Support the designer with raw stills and cutdowns when a campaign needs both
