As a Senior Associate IS Business Systems Analyst at Amgen, you will typically focus on designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday Benefits processes besides maintaining project documentation activities such as benefits eligibility, benefit plans, enrollment events, business processes, reporting, configuration workbooks, testing, and issue resolution.



You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements, perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain Workday Benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, coverage options, rates, and benefit groups
Configure and support benefits-related business processes, approvals, notifications, and security as per business need
Collaborate with Product Managers, HR, Benefits, Payroll and business stakeholders to ensure quality and delivery of Workday solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
Support open enrollment, life event processing, new hire enrollment, and benefits administration activities
Collaborate with Payroll, Time & Absence, Compensation, and HR teams to ensure seamless end-to-end processes
Manage testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing
