This role offers the opportunity to serve as a technical Workday expert across reporting, security, integrations, payroll-related configuration, and HR technology architecture. You will design and optimize scalable solutions that support complex global business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic stakeholder partnership across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, security, governance, and compliance across the HR technology landscape. The role also provides significant ownership of reporting and analytics, integration performance, and system improvements. Accountabilities:




Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, Security, Payroll-related configuration, Integrations, and technical architecture.
Design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Workday solutions that meet global business requirements.
Evaluate the technical and downstream impacts of proposed changes across systems, integrations, reporting, and business processes.
Recommend Workday best practices that improve system performance, governance, scalability, and maintainability.
Design and develop advanced Workday reports, composite reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields to provide actionable workforce insights.
Improve reporting efficiency through automation, self-service capabilities, and effective data governance.
Support and oversee Workday integrations, EIBs, PECI, Studio, APIs, and middleware solutions.
Partner with Payroll teams and external vendors to support payroll interfaces, te
