This role offers an opportunity to support enterprise customers while helping strengthen long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Billing, Product, and Account Setup teams to deliver operational excellence and seamless customer experiences. The position combines customer relationship support, data analysis, reporting, case management, and cross-functional problem-solving. You will use customer and operational data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend improvements. Your insights and coordination will help ensure service commitments are met and customer needs are addressed effectively. Accountabilities:
Partner with Customer Success Managers, Directors,



and cross-functional teams to support account management activities, customer initiatives, and strategic priorities.
Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, service gaps, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and deliver customer reports, operational insights, and performance updates while helping ensure service commitments are consistently met.
Manage Salesforce cases and customer support requests by providing timely updates, coordinating resolutions, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate client documentation, operational guidelines, partnership records, and other account-related information.
Support customer onboarding, requests, escalations, quality assurance activities, and other initiatives designed to improve the customer experience.
