About the work
We build smart water management systems for domestic and industrial clients — IoT sensing, process automation, and AI on top of it. Our platform runs on the Frappe Framework with a React frontend, ESP32 devices in the field, and MQTT and time-series storage in between. We also run LLM and retrieval pipelines in production over technical and tender documents. You'd be working on the software that turns raw sensor traffic and unstructured documents into something an operator can act on.
Responsibilities
Read and extend an existing Python codebase built on the Frappe Framework
Build and maintain features in the React/TypeScript frontend
Write and consume REST APIs, including FastAPI services for compute-heavy work
Work with device telemetry flowing through MQTT into a time-series database
Debug across the stack — from a misbehaving field device to a slow query




Requirements
Any graduate degree, with real interest in writing code
Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript, and comfort with SQL
Robust analytical ability and sound fundamentals in data structures and logic
Able to work independently, ask good questions, and finish what you start
Good to have
Any of these will help, none are required: hands-on work with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases or RAG pipelines; Frappe or Django; React and TypeScript; MQTT or other messaging protocols; ESP32 or embedded C; Linux and Git beyond the basics.
What you get
