About the role
You will turn client workflows into working AI solutions, from understanding the problem and building a prototype to testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You should be comfortable writing code, connecting APIs, debugging failures, and explaining your decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

What you will do
Understand client workflows and identify useful opportunities for automation.
Build AI assistants, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and automated workflows.
Develop data pipelines and integrations with clients’ existing tools.
Design evaluations (EVALS) that test answer quality, task completion, and failure cases.
Implement appropriate access controls, human approval steps,



and error handling.
Monitor deployed systems for reliability, latency, and cost, and improve them using feedback and performance data.
Document your work and support client training and handover.

Qualifications:
Candidate should possess skills in solution design, workflow analysis, and process mapping to turn business requirements into structured implementation plans.
Demonstrable experience in building data pipelines, RAGs, MCPs, and EVALs
Hands-on experience working with LangChain, LangGraph, Snowflake, and agent orchestration tools like Hermes.
The candidate should possess skills in technical documentation and communication, including the ability to explain complex systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, or building custom assistants, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be highly beneficial.
