Job Purpose

- Ensuring governance of UCC compliance
- Oversight of Unique client code database and related activities

Responsibility

- Effective maintenance of UCC to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency
- UCC process governance and compliance ensuring UCC related activities align with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- UCC suspension and reactivation
- System improvements by collaborating with technology and data team to improve UCC system and address issues
- Ad hoc responsibilities in related areas assigned from time to time

Educational Qualification

- MBA Finance from a reputed Institute / Chartered Accountant

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably from Stock Exchange/Broking industry having experience in client data management, operations,



compliance or similar role
- Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations
- Robust understanding of regulatory frameworks

Skills Required Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Good analytical skills

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

Functional Competencies required

- Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations
- Handling and tacking data exceptions and UCC queries
- Ability to extract computerized and manual data
- Understanding of regulatory framework
