- Lead formulation development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct literature surveys and reviews to identify current technologies and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scale-up strategies, ensuring successful technology transfer from R&D; to manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and presentations.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in formulation research & development.
- Strong understanding of injectables formulation development processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP).
- Excellent literature search skills with ability to analyze complex data sets effectively.
- Experience with scale-up techniques for solid orals, liquids/semisolids/injectables products.
