We are looking for a Senior Executive – Billing to join our Finance & Accounts team in Thane / Mumbai.
If you have 4–6 years of relevant billing experience and solid knowledge of invoicing, GST, MS Excel, reconciliation and client coordination, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Client billing and timely invoice submission
Billing data verification and discrepancy resolution
Client coordination and query management
AR support and receivables follow-up
MIS and billing reports
GST-compliant invoicing and documentation
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field
4–6 years of relevant billing experience
Experience in security, facility management or manpower outsourcing preferred
Good knowledge of GST invoicing and MS Excel
Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
