About the Role

We are looking for energetic and communication-focused individuals to join our team as Student Engagement Trainees . This internship offers hands-on experience in student outreach, lead engagement, stakeholder communication, and admissions support within a dynamic higher education environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.
- Engage with prospective students and provide relevant information about programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Identify student requirements and connect interested prospects with the appropriate counselling team.
- Coordinate registrations and participation for webinars, information sessions, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities.




- Track lead progress and update internal systems and reports.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and student support.
- Assist with operational and administrative activities related to student engagement initiatives.

Who Should Apply?
- Recent graduates or final-year students from any discipline.
- Individuals with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Candidates who are comfortable speaking with students over phone calls on a daily basis.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
