We’re looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Lead to manage and inspire our motion graphics team. If you have a strong background in motion graphics, proven leadership skills, and a passion for creative storytelling, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor: Oversee and guide the motion graphics team, fostering a collaborative and creative setting.
Creative Direction: Set the vision for motion graphics projects and ensure high-quality outputs.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into overall strategies.

Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in motion graphics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and strong leadership abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field preferred.
