* Knowledge of project financial controls like rate analysis, cash flow, fund
flow, budgets etc.,
* In-depth understanding of commercial contracting, contracting concepts and
categories and dispute resolution
* Knowledge of quality standards to be followed
* Knowledge of IS codal guidance pertaining to Civil and Finishing works
* Review of rate analysis and convince the contractors for their acceptance.
* Robust knowledge in planning, scheduling and resource planning especially in
Civil contract work and implementing those in costing.
Key Responsibilities

* Vetting quantity take off and BOQ.
* Vetting Work Order, PO in line with the approval.
* Arrange tender negotiation meetings with Vendors/ Contractors.
* Coordinate with the Projects team to understand the technical requirements,
oversee the release of request for quotation/ enquiry, receipt of quotations
from vendors.
* Coordinate with the external/ internal consultants to review the general
tender document prepared by the respective consultant and customize it as per
the specific requirement
* Provide support to the site Contracts & QS team in smooth closure of the
contract, in the documentation and handover to the site operations team.
* Organize commercial negotiation meetings and ensure best possible terms of
procurement and thus obtain commercial concurrence.
